Ground Shipping flat fee of 14.99 USD or free on orders over 49 USD; regardless of weight, anyplace in the continental USA*. For this shipping method, Kevala delivers via UPS. The estimated time for delivery is 3-5 business days depending on destination.

24-hour shipping guarantee 

All orders are guaranteed to be shipped 24 hours after being placed. Orders placed on weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes in Continental U.S.   

Return Policy

We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of purchase date. Total product charges will be refunded, the shipping charge will be refunded only on damaged items or if a wrong item was shipped. We will process your return promptly, but please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for credit to show up on credit card statement.
