Return Policy

We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of purchase date. Total product charges will be refunded, the shipping charge will be refunded only on damaged items or if a wrong item was shipped. We will process your return promptly, but please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for credit to show up on credit card statement.

Return Instructions

  1. Go to 'My Account' and from the drop down menu select 'Orders Placed in the Last 6 Months' and select 'Go'.
  2. Locate the order you wish to return and select 'View Order' button.
  3. Locate the item you wish to return and select 'Return an Item' button.
  4. Follow the direction on the following screen and ship via insured and prepaid to the address on the paperwork. Keep the tracking information for this return in a safe location.
